1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following words are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" refers to bdg3's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who operates a registered account on the platform.
• "Service" refers to all entertainment services including cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and color prediction.
• "Bonus" refers to any financial or non-financial incentive provided by the platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) currency.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on bdg3, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
• You are voluntarily agreeing to these Terms as a person of full legal capacity.
• You do not reside in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting or gaming services is legally prohibited.
• You are conducting betting activities on your own behalf and using your own funds.
• You have the valid identification documents and information required to open an account.

bdg3 reserves the right to verify age or identity at any time. Failure to provide required documents during verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated funds may be confiscated.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bdg3 reserves the right to close the account if false information is provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. Sharing account details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time through the support channel. Before account closure, any pending bets can be settled and remaining balance can be withdrawn subject to the applicable terms.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Only the following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at bdg3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals are only possible through the same method used for the original deposit. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal.

4.3 KYC Verification

To ensure financial security, bdg3 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents in time may delay the withdrawal process.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000 on their first deposit.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must place bets of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only; they cannot be transferred to others.
• bdg3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If there is any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed immediately.

6 VIP Program

bdg3's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

Tier upgrades are based on regular activity and usage patterns. The benefits and terms of each tier may change from time to time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdg3 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions by using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting betting through automated software (bots) or scripts.
• Deceiving or harassing other users.
• Circumventing the system through matched betting or arbitrage betting.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account cancellation and the associated funds may be confiscated.

8 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the bdg3 platform — logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bdg3. Copying, reproducing, or distributing these without prior written permission is prohibited.

The names of game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc. are registered trademarks of their respective organisations.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bdg3 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Losses due to technical errors, server downtime, or cyberattacks.
• Account information leaks caused by the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Delays or errors arising from third-party payment providers.

To the extent permitted by law, bdg3's total liability will never exceed the user's current account balance.
